Ramin Heydarpour is a seasoned executive with a successful track record in leadership and product commercialization at both large corporations and startups, including as VP of R&D at Avery Dennison. At Ynvisible, he has led the introduction of the company’s products to market and oversees its strategic direction, commercialization, and corporate governance. He is also the Founder of FLEX R&D, advising Fortune 500 consumer goods companies.
Inês Henriques played a pivotal role in the company’s founding, serving as CEO through its RTO, and later as COO overseeing operations, people, and finance. With a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, she continues to shape Ynvisible’s culture and talent strategy, driving integrity, agility, and high performance across the organization.
Lúcia Gomes has over 15 years of experience in research, technology, and product development, with a strong background in thin films and photovoltaics. Since joining Ynvisible in 2010, she has played a critical role in the advancement and commercialization of the company’s e-paper displays, leading its Customer Solutions Center and driving team efficiency and coordination. She is the author of several scientific papers and patents.
Co‑founder Carlos Pinheiro, PhD (Physical Chemistry), has steered Ynvisible’s electrochromic breakthroughs for 14 years. He now leads and scales cross‑functional R&D teams, refines high‑yield manufacturing, and brings next‑gen printed e‑paper displays from concept to market—aligning the tech roadmap, driving partnerships, representing Ynvisible externally, scouting innovations, and safeguarding IP.
Darren Urquhart is a chartered professional accountant with more than 15 years of experience working in both public practice and industry. Mr. Urquhart obtained his chartered accountant designation in 2001 and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC).
