YNVISIBLE ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF FIRST TRANCHE OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Ynvisible Interactive Inc. (the “Company” or “Ynvisible”) (TSX-V: YNV, FSE: 1XNA) announces that further to its news release of March 13, 2026, the Company has now received TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”) conditional acceptance and has closed a first tranche (“First Tranche”) of its non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of up to 20,000,000 units (“Units”).
