High-Value Electronics Packaging

Ynvisible’s e-paper displays can be embedded into packaging to act as a smart seal — displaying messages like “Factory Sealed,” “Activated on [Date],” or “Warranty Valid.” This confirms the product hasn’t been previously opened or used before reaching the retailers.  As Ynvisible produces low-power displays, this application is a good fit for a label that must show a certain message for a long period of time.

Authenticity tags using e-paper displays can be used either to display a certain message that cannot be tampered with, such as “Genuine”, to be kept blank and activated only at the point of sale, or event to display ownership or warranty status.
